We offer welding and fabrication services ranging from repaired assemblies to new weld work, including custom fabrication, component modifications, and support for prototype and production needs. 

Backed by a mechanical engineering degree and years of hands-on industry experience, we offer engineering and prototyping support to help customers turn concepts into production-ready parts. We assist with design improvements, manufacturability, prototype development, and production planning to ensure parts are both high-performing and practical to manufacture. 

Our Haas UMC-750 features a 750mm table and full 5-axis machining capabilities, allowing us to produce complex, high-precision parts with tight tolerances, improved efficiency, and reduced setups. 

Our mobile line boring services provide accurate on-site bore repair and restoration, helping minimize downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently. reduced setups. 

Our 3-axis milling capabilities include our Hurco VM15Di, featuring 30" x 16" x 20" travels for precision machining across a wide range of part sizes. Paired with our Brother drill and tap machine, we are able to deliver accurate, efficient machining for both prototype and production applications. 

With an FFG DMC DL22 LMB and a Hardinge Talent 10/78SV, both equipped with 10" chucks, our CNC turning capabilities are built for accuracy, consistency, and efficient production of precision turned components. 

We offer plasma cutting services for material up to 1.5" thick and flame cutting up to 3". Allowing us to produce custom profiles, brackets, base plates, and other fabricated components with quick turn around.
